Grammy award winner and Nigeria superstar, Wizkid has raised the bar very high yet again with a new record in the African continent.
Wiz as he is fondly called becomes the highest award winner when it comes to music on the African scene in the year 2021, winning a total of 37 awards in 2021 alone, the most won by an African artist in a single year.
Wizkid grab major recognitions at high profile awards gala’s including Afrima, Mobo awards, Apple Music Awards as well as the Grammys among others.
Wizkid was clocked at 35 awards but has been able to add both Artist of the year and Project of the year to it at the Culture Custodial awards to make it a total of 37.
